Hi! Our Savi 700 Wireless Headset System should work with your computer and you should be able to make and receive calls using Ring Central however, please note the Remote call answer/end feature will depend on the Ring Central version that you are using. This means this feature is not provided by the headset itself but the softphone or in some cases Plantronics Hub Software can enable this feature.
