Yes, Avaya's 9608 series phones are compatible with all of our Savi 700 series headsets (including this Savi W720). You will also require our APV-63 Electronic Hook Switch cable if you'd like to have remote call control from the wireless headset in order to answer/end calls when you're away from your phone.
