That would depend on the phone. Some phones would require the lifter to answer/end calls from the headset. Some phones can use one of our EHS cables to do the same. And a very few phones have the ability to answer/end calls from the headset built in. I would recommend contacting our support team, they can help look up the compatibility for your phone.
