I am currently using with Samsung Galaxy S8 and S6 and Windows 10 with both Dell and Lenovo Bluetooth enabled laptops without issue. It appears to be compatible during the configuration process assuming both your cell and laptop are already Bluetooth aware. Else if not already enabled, I would check the device site for a correct downloadable Bluetooth driver.

Any Bluetooth adapter that supports Bluetooth audio transmissions, the HSP and A2DP Bluetooth profiles should be able to pair to your Voyager Legend SE in order for you to use it on your PC.
