“I have a Motorola Barrage flip phone. After 32 years of working around trains/locomotives the old hearing sucks. Can I use this device with my phone? If so, how do I connect it? Thanks TP”

Need to be able to connect via Bluetooth. Your phone is Bluetoothcompatible so yes, you can use this. If you don't know how to connect via Bluetooth, ask your cell provider, YouTube, or the closest 5 year old. ;-)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your Motorola phone supports Bluetooth headsets and should be compatible with our Voyager Legend and other Bluetooth headset models. The headset already goes into pairing after you turn it on and your phone should be able to see it as a "PLT_Legend". For specific pairing instructions you would need to refer to your cellphone's user guide.
