Hmmm, the pairing is really simple so I wonder if there might be something else interfering? Go to your blue tooth settings with the earbud turned off. Turn your scan on and wait a ew seconds and then turn the earbud on. You should see "PT_Legend" pop up in your list almost immediately. Good luck

Something is wrong, it pairs up almost without me touching it on my S7 edge. Try forgetting it from your phone and re pair it. I hope that helps.
