It comes with a wall charger and outlet charger that is magnetic. It is a unique charger, not a USB

It is a different charging cord. It's magnetic and will align it self to the charging strip on the end of the device

It's an odd magnetic connector that is the only strike against it. HOWEVER, there is a charging case that does use micro USB.

A cable is provided that connects magnetically. Easy on and off but is the only use. I purchased the case which also serves as a charger that does use the micro USB cable.

You can't connect a micro USB to it directly. The charger(s) come with connectors that are USB on one end and magnetic on the other. The USB side goes into the charger and the magnetic side connects to the earpiece. It is similar to the magnetic connector on Mac computers if you are familiar with that.
