• It is surprisingly comfortable but it does conflict with sunglasses.

• Yes you can switch ears with the unit. It has a number of ear pieces to fit all kinds of ears.

• Yes- the microphone boom rotates for left or right side wear. The only difference is the location of the mute button. When warn on the left it will be on the top of the boom, if worn on the right it will be on the bottom

• It does fit comfortable in either ear. I liked it but in my line of work up and down, under equipment and cabinets I was always afraid of losing it. It fell off my ear once in my car and I had a hard time finding it.

• The headset can be worn in either ear and includes 3 gel ear tips of different sizes as well as foam covers in order to improve the fit. Most users (80-90%) will find the headset quite comfortable to use and will feel a secure fit, but for some people a different wearing style works better.
