QuestionOnly the PTL HUB app for Windows will make changes in the settings. The headset has been on the market since September 2013 and Plantronics doesn't seem to have any interest in fixing the problem although they have had almost three years to do it.

- Answer I had no problems pairing my device with my iPhone. I went to the website through my browser to adjust my settings. You don't have to download an app.

QuestionI have an iphone 6s Plus. Getting use to fit but very nice headset. I used the Updater to update and set English. I see nowhere to turn on/off Wideband Audio. Or, setup anything other than Language. Is it now default for my phone?

- Answer On your iPhone go to settings Bluetooth turn it on then hold the button from your Bluetooth till flashing then look at your phone to see your items name then click it to activate it.

- Answer Yes, but this only works on a cell phone and you might need the app. I have a note 4 and it works without the app

- Answer I believe in less 2 hrs it doesn't say it. But once you charge it in full then will give you the info.

- Answer I'm not sure about Cisco, but I have mine connected to my desk phone at work. Most newer phone systems will allow connection to a Bluetooth, you just need to locate the settings on the phone that will allow the headset to pair.

- Answer The PS4 does use bluetooth, so you should be able to use any of our bluetooth headsets with that device.

QuestionDoes it stream audio from your phone?The basic Legend 87300-01 specifically says you can stream audio in the main product details. This statement and questions about the audio streaming are conspicuously missing from the info on the Legend SE 87300-13. Everything I read says they are the same, except the 87300-13 has a few more features. I have an 'antique' Voyager that has never streamed music.

- Answer The Legend and Legend SE are the same headset, the SE just has a coloring change. Both use a bluetooth A2DP profile, that enables streaming from compatible bluetooth devices. The oldest voyager headsets didn't come with that profile and wouldn't be able to stream any audio. We've made a few Voyager headsets. The Voyager 510, Voyager 520, and Voyager Pro didn't have the A2DP profile. The Voyager Pro+, Voyager Pro HD, Voyager Legend, Voyager Legend SE, Voyager Edge, and Voyager Focus will all be able to stream audio using the A2DP profile.
