“My question is that I have the battery on the battery charge and its plug on the wall & the light is on and even when I take the battery off the charge light is still on. But when I put it back on the light the light won't turn on. Why is that?”

the green light remains on, the red light means the battery is charging. Mine won't do crap! piece of junk
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it some sort of memory problem in the battery to charger. I had to buy a neewer charger and decided to get 2 giant batteries with it for $65. I have another different brand led panel that has a crappy small light and charger that did the same thing. Got a 3rd party charger and it charged. Weird, sucks, but then the batteries will charge again in the smaller given charger as well (useless but... best buy)
