- Answer It’s a faulty product, return it and try to get your money back. Do not exchange it like how I did only to get another faulty one .

QuestionI've only used this light several times, and the battery ran out of charge. Okay, that's cool. Then I completely charged it, and used it once again for about 5 minutes. I go to use it a few days later and it's completely dead. Does it run out that quick?

- Answer it is absolute trash. I wasted my money on this, the battery it comes with is garbage and if you go to 0% sometimes it will not charge. had to buy a charger box and 2 giant batteries to make this thing work past 5-10 minutes. it overheats. it has a delicate lcd for the settings, and overall is just not good.

- Answer If you’re using the power cable to charge the battery, this won’t work. You need to use the dedicated battery charging dock that comes with the light. And you should never use the light with the power cable while the battery is in it. This will eventually fry your battery.

QuestionLiterally only used this thing once last year...Battery is dead and appears not to charge (light stays green on charging unit). Light is only functional if I plug it in which isn't exactly an ideal situation as I'm not always by a power source.

- Answer Yes. But buy the battery’s charging dock, NOT the power cable that connects to the back of the light. If you buy the power cable instead of the dock, then use it that way but with the battery out.

- Answer Using the power cable will not charge the battery. You need to use the battery charging dock for this.

- Answer I have 4 of these and they’ve worked great. The thing is that you should NEVER use the light being powered by the power cable with the battery in it. This will fry the battery after a few times. Only ever charge the battery using the dedicated dock.
