Louie, don't let the focal length of the zoom confuse you with the diameter of the lens. The diameter of the filter must be the same as the diameter of the lens, which is usually stamped on the ring around the front glass, or else included in the specs of the lens.

It depends on whether the Tamron uses 95mm filters. Look at your lens specs.
