• Yes. It should work just fine. My son and I just set the prongs to the correct configuration for Europe and plugged our phones right into the USB ports for charging and use. I am not an expert, but since iPads basically work the same.way, I think you would be fine.

• Yes, you can plug an iPhone and iPad into the uSB port without a convertor.

• Most electronics are dual voltage, 110V and 220V. Check your charger to verify.

• I think you can, David. First check your iPhone and iPad. They should have some markings on them somewhere, that they can be used for electrical outlets of differing voltages.
