“The mouse works fine except it "stutters". It's movement across the monitor is jerky. Sometimes it is OK but then it starts stuttering again. Wondered if it needed special software but couldn't find anything on the internet. Any suggestions?”

I own this mouse and I have not had any of the issues explained in the question. As far as I know the mouse does not need any special software. My mouse connected immediately. You may wanna see what Bluetooth it is compatible with; 4.1 etc. and then make sure that your Bluetooth is compatible, and if it is not try to update your Bluetooth software to the most updated version and it should run smoothly. Overall this is on of the best mouses that I’ve experienced, and by profession I am a fashion designer and I use this mouse to do graphic design, edit photos/videos, etc. I hope this helps.
