- Answer The 38mm size is for someone with smaller wrists. The 42mm is for those who like a larger watch face or larger wrist size. The size is more of a personal preference. You really need to try on both sizes and then decide. The advantage to the 42mm is it's larger in regards to texting, pictures, icons, etc. So for older eyes or for someone that has difficulty seeing, this could be a factor. I had a Series 1 38mm and upgraded to Series II a week ago, solely so I could "gift" the Series I to my daughter. She wanted one so bad but couldn't afford it. So I seriously considered upgrading to a 42mm as a girlfriend of mine had one and I liked the bigger face, much easier to read. However, I have small wrists and it just was WAY too big for me. Had it not been for that, I would have paid the extra $30 and got it.

- Answer Comes with a tool to remove pins. You can remove up to 6 links. I have a very small wrist and could not find one small enough. This one does after removing 5 links.

QuestionMy pin removal tool broke at the pin on my first use. I followed the instructions as best as I could so I do not know what caused the failure. The pin broke at a spot very close to the end of the tool and I do not think it can be removed with pliars.

QuestionThere are two "rose gold" bands on the site with different item numbers. My guess is that one is actually rose gold and the other is yellow gold. This needs to be clear because I wanted "rose gold" but I think I'll end up with yellow. What's going on?

- Answer No. Must buy that separately. I'd recommend the glass edge enclosed one and let Best Buy put it on for you. The flimsy ones are not worth it.
