Will this work with a 15" mid-2012 MacBook Pro" null

I do not believe this will work with your late 2012 MacBook. Need to have the newer dual USB-C ports to attach. Hope this helps.

I don’t rhink the 15” 2012 MacBook Pro has two USB-C (Thunderbolt) ports located together, which this device requires. According to the MacTracker app, the 2012 15” MacBook Pro only has one Thunderbolt port, so my answer would have to be No. There are, however, different models of this dongle attachment that only require one port, so I’d start looking at those.
