Does it actually stay closed? null

I actually have a ponytail rubber around it to keep it closed. I wish it had a magnet closure.

Generally yes. But it's easy to open too.

There's not a magnetic latch or anything like that, but I've never had a problem with it popping open. I suppose if you stuff it full, it would have a problem, but all of them do that.

No, the cover is a loose flap of leather that has a pocket for cards/cash.

I didn't have a problem with it staying closed. It can be a hassle to text or look at apps because the cover seems to get in the way. I went back to my Otterbox for those issues. I was already starting to see some quality issues that will become a problem months of day to day use.

Yes. It stays closed fine. It will flop open if you carry it wrong, but it's a wallet too, so you'll find it works the same way.
