Check your phone case thickness, that may be a problem. If that fails, there should be a 1 year manufacturers warranty with it. Take it back to Best Buy and ask for it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am using an ''official" Apple iPhone leather case. My Otterbox case was too thick to utilize the wallet. An Apple clear case works the best with the wallet but i found them too slippery. I only use the wallet at certain times then remove it. My son has an Official Apple wallet for his Iphone 13 mini and it has slide off in the car at least once so it's a great concept but may not be a good as an adhesive wallet which would mean you could not use the Mag charger.
