I had purchased this backpack almost 2 months ago and its already falling apart on me. The front pocket has ripped and as well the laptop pocket of the bag is falling apart as well. Is there a way I can exchange the bag. Pretty sad that its falling apart. null

Same thing happened to me. Whole seam came apart under the laptop compartment. This is a defective bag. They wouldn't do an exchange.

I had the same problem, the store replied that the warranty only lasted 15 days.
They recommended me to contact the manufacturer. I have not located who they are, did you find how to exchange it?
