• I have a similar problem. I spoke with the Customer Service Dept. for Best Buy's "Platinum" brand and was told that they do not have extra links for the apple watch band. Looks like its garage sale fodder.

• Try contacting Platinum, their info should be on the box or instructions. Tell them about your situation and they should help, If not, you may have to buy another band for the extra parts or return the one you have
