A:AnswerIt depends on how dirty it is and what kind of dirt ,I would take the straps off and use a toothbrush with some Dawn dish soap and wash it that way and rinse it with kinda of hot water and dry it really good, hope this helps.
A:AnswerThis band has only one size but my wife has a small wrist and it adjusts perfectly to her size. It can accommodate a larger wrist size as well.
