I understand what you are talking about on this case. The trick is to press down on the arrow on the back of the case (right above the stand) while squeezing the sides of the case above the seam; pull down on the smaller part of the case that has the arrow on it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pull the case apart. Nothing will happen to the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the back of the case there is a triangle ridge design close to the seam of the cases two half’s. Press down on this with your finger and slide the top section of the case off the phone. Once the two sections are separated you can remove the case from the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have a firm pressure on the bottom piece while pulling the top piece away. I recommend having the phone placed on the table to lessen the chance of you phone from flying. The clip is very effective from not accidental coming apart but a pain to get off. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Push in near the top of the bottom section (where the arrow pointing down is) and pull away from the top portion. It’s a little tough but you need to disengage the “hooks” that the bottom portion connects to the top portion with by pushing down in that area first before pulling and/or as you’re pulling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case has two parts. You have to slide them apart, rather than popping the phone in and out like most other covers. It takes a little strength but thats a good thing.
