“This was an awesome charger, until it stopped working. Not sure why, but when I plug it in, sometimes the blue light comes on, and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a warranty on this product? And if so, who do I contact?”

• I would take the item back to the store where it was purchased to exchange it for a new one.
