very easy to use and adjust length also. Just snap it shut and has small button on each side, press in to release.

Yes, very easy to use, push button butterfly clasp, the only somewhat technical item is sizing the band. Removing links in the band, but instructions and tools are supplied. Dificulty a 2 out of 5!
