No, it doesn't. I don't think it needs one since it's a case for not only a camera but also accessories. It's something to place in a piece of luggage or a larger backpack.

There are no attachment points for a strap, however is does easily fit into a small shoulder, backpack or sling bag and provide protection for your equipment.

It does not come with a shoulder strap. However, there are two loops on the corners that your could easily attach a DIY solution.

This bag does not have a carry strap only a handle like a lunch bag and it's not for a basic camera it's for a GoPro only
