Yes, this is just the PS4 slim console with 3 games and a controller. 2 games are downloads and 1 is an actual disk. It does come with all the cords that you would need to setup the console. If you wanted more than one controller you'd have to purchase that separately. It does come with an earbud/microphone piece but I would recommend getting your own headphones if you use them.
