I just bought one about a month ago and they're asking me to answer your question but I'm not sure if they give all of us product from the same source but what they sent me was practically brand new, I could not even tell it had been unboxed. But don't forget as I said I don't know what they're exactly selling to you so I don't know if everybody's experience is going to be the same because when you're buying something pre-owned, I'm assuming each one of them most likely were used in a different way. Now if they're just calling all of them pre-owned because somebody bought them and took them out of the store but then returned it and never used it then I can guarantee you're going to be happy with it and you won't even be able to tell it was used at all, but unfortunately I don't know what they're going to send you and if it's going to be the same as what they sent me.
