A:AnswerI had the same issue. Each time it would fail to put it in the cart. Essentially, I just refreshed every couple minutes until the pre-order logo came up and about the third time I got one. It seems that the pre-order option comes back when someone cancels theirs, but it's first come first serve, so you have to be fast getting through checkout.
