• Yes its able to be used on any tv with hdmi. Not many benefits will be noticed tho until upgrading to a 4k display

• PS4 Pro only has HDMI out, and with your 1080p Bravia, I would highly recommend it, since games can be output in native 1080p.

• That sounds like you're talking about composite inputs? As far as I know the PS4 Pro (and regular PS4, and basically all recent consumer electronics devices) needs an HDMI connection to hook to a TV.
