A:AnswerI was told at BestBuy that they will first make sure that those that preorder a PS5 get one. They doubt they will have enough on stock for everyone that preorder and that there is very little chance those that did not preorder get one. :(

That may also be a point in the initial setup where you can direct link transfer your games from your old system to your new, although Sony has not confirmed this.
A:AnswerUnfortunately that is completely unknowable. Typically the company will send the systems out a week or two in advance, with either a hold till date (Nov 12th) or deliver by date. It is then up the shipper. Some well not hold it (takes up space) and send it along as they get them. So some people will their system a few days early. Others will follow instructions and deliver it on the 12th. Other places will have backups and bottlenecks so some people will get their system a few days late.

A:AnswerApparently they went up for sale at 5:50 AM EST. They slow released quantities to inventory for in-store pick up only. In every instance for me there was no store within 250 miles that had one available for pick-up. After 40 minutes of trying I am now getting varying degrees of "out of stock", "you'll have to wait", and "no longer available for online purchase". I'm giving up. This has been near the top of my list of bad shopping experiences. I'm fairly certain that this was a ploy to get people shopping their other Black Friday deals and people were only able to acquire these in a handful of markets.
