• With the right adapter i believe they could work anywhere. As far as the I.P. i would run if i were you

• Find out if Egypt is PAL or NTSC? However, I believe there are simple adapters to help correct the problem. Nevertheless, I have not done this in some time. Find someone more informed than I. Here in the U.S. we are NTSC. FYI. Finding out what EGYPT requires should not be difficult. Then go forward.
