• The first one is a USB Type-A port which is used to charge your controller, plugging in headphones, or connecting a external storage device The second one is a USB Type-C port which is used to charge devices that use USB Type-C and or helps with the transfer of data between the console and the compatible devices

• Its a USB port and a USB-C port can be used for anything like data transfer and charging.
