They don't post the time that stock comes out. Stock was available around 5AM. You have to regularly refresh the PS5 page to see the Add to Cart yellow button. My advice is to make sure your profile is preset with payment info, billing address and preferred store. You have minutes before stock sells out so you will need to ensure you complete your transaction rapidly. Your copy in your cart is not "yours" until you complete the purchase step.
