bestbuy is screwed up.. 3 times this morning i got one in my cart, go to check out and they remove it from cart

No one really knows. And when they have stock available they will sell out in seconds from now until the end of the year most likely. I wouldn't expect to be able to order one from Best Buy until January. Your other option is to buy one off of Ebay for a higher price.
