I don't think they can reserve PS5's, but I got lucky when they had a few in stock for exclusive member Monday sale, best bet is to wait for another restock and order one right away, it will show sunday night for the following monday. I stayed up all night to order one. As for wait time, it took me 3 weeks after purchase to get my order shipped in. and they will hold your order at the store for a week maybe longer with total tech but you can always extend.
