• The PS5 alone is 8.6lbs, but if you mean the whole package including the box and everything in it, it’ll feel around 10lbs.

• It depends. WAY back when at the launch version of the Ps5 with Drive it weighed around 9.9ish pounds. Revisions and other have shrunk the current Ps5 model with Drive to around 8.5 Pounds. Revisions such as redesign of motherboard and other internal hardware/build.
