A:AnswerAs mentioned , you need to contact Sony. Tell them the situation and they might be able to correct it. From the sound of it , it may be a Region Lock issue. Sometimes systems that are bought , like a Ps5 in the US , can not use digital games/DLCs downloaded from another Region.
The Ps5 itself will work (Hardware is not region locked) but later DLCs and things from the Ps Store , Digital content, may not (these are Region Locked) .
