• Might be too late for the answer but you would call Best Buy and let them know the situation. I did this when I got mine. I had to reschedule twice before being able to pick it up.

• I don't understand the question but yes if I was at the store on the 18th and I called to pick it up I could have because I had until the 21st thank you

• Yes you definitely can pick it up that day. Just have to pick a time thats schedule on there on that pick up day.
