• Yes u can transfer all data from ps4 to ps5 during setup it will ask u if you want to tramsfer and if you do you use a usb to connect them amd it will transfer data

• best way is to use playstation now online to move save game files. I've noticed about a 85% success rate. some games won't work properly.
