- Answer I don’t know why they are open but my advice is that if u pay full price make sure they give u a sealed one. The website clearly has a lower different price for open box. This happened to me and I asked for a sealed one.

- Answer As far as I can tell, it is only good for 2 years. It seems there may be an option to add a monthly protection at the end of the 2 years but I stopped asking after a while and haven't had the opportunity to confirm.
