• Probably for promotional purposes. I got the bundle, gets you 5000 vbucks for in game purchases. I couldn’t find anything else different between the two.

• If it’s open box, it because the bundle won’t be included. Someone bought & returned it, just to use the vouchers. & Best Buy doesnt care if u receive the vouchers u paid for or not. It’s not their loss anymore, now it’s yours.
