“Does this unit have an external audio jack for use with stereo amplifier? I am hard of hearing and can not hear tv speakers, must run audio through stereo amplifier.”

Get the ps5 pro headset and plug it in your remote for great sound.Also even without a headset the controller also has sound comming out of it just like stereo
