• Best Buy will put a "hold" on your payment at the time of your preorder. But within 5 days that "hold" disappears from your bank account. Your actual final charge will be about 1 or 2 days before the product is released. Hope this helps.

• So I’ve heard a couple of things about this question. I believe that BestBuy.com if using a credit card for pre-orders charges you immediately and then gives the money back a couple of days later and then when the pre-order finally ships out they charge you for the product. If you’re using PayPal.com to make your pre-order payment. They will change you immediately at the time of purchase and that’s it. The product is payed for. I’ve experienced this first hand.
