• Most likely with the codes they are set to one account so technically you could add a second account to this PlayStation and play on both accounts but there isn't another way to use this code twice.

• I am gonna say no as digital codes are only good for one redemption per code. What you could do is add the account you redeem the code with to your second PS4. You should be able to download it and play it on both systems but likely not at the same time.
