You have to set the filename before scanning photos. The little gear shift in the top right corner. The software will then name them by interval until you change the filename. Example: You make the filename VaBeach. The 1st scanned pic will be VaBeach_001 and the 2nd pic scanned in will be named VaBeach_002. The software is pretty smart too. I have stopped scanning for a while and went back and the software remembers the sequence number last used so it will not duplicate the filename.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, you cannot name each photo in the Plustek software. You must use Windows Explorer (Windows) or the Finder (MAC) to do so. Same applies for date of the photo or other metadata.
