Unless there is something special about the laptop and it takes DDR3 it should work.

Please try again later.honestly,i don't know.i suggest that you go to the pny website and type in your acer model or call the 800 number on their site to find out for sure that what you buy is absolutely the right memory that will work in your computer.i would not take anyone else's word for it because once you open the package bestbuy or whomever you bought it from will not take it back. I bought these from bestbuy and they didn't work for my computer and now I am out 55 bucks.i finally got ones that worked from amazon because pny did not stock them anymore.
