Will this record in 1080p at 60fps? null

That usually depends on the device (more to it than just that, but generally the device plays a large role). Most likely a class 10 can write fast enough for 1080p at 60FPS. I use this for 1080p 30fps and I could have easily gotten much slower class of as card (even some class 4 or 6 would have been fine). This should be fine for most, if not all 1080p 60fps devices. PNY is usually pretty solid from my experience.
