• Ues, it is compatible with the HP stream. The ram on the HP Stream 14 IS NOT SOLDERED TO THE MOTHERBOARD, but the other stream systems are.

• In my experience the HP Stream RAM was soldered to the board. It’s not upgradable. I gave my unit away. It was too slow. I bought a chromebook instead.
