• You need to read datasheet from HP All in one website, to consider what type of Memory Ram it is supported DDR3 or DDR4 and Cycle speed, 12800s or 13333s, needs to be compatible for what you have. Take a out your memory from your computer and show to Best Buy vendor similar memory. Bestbuy vendors have high tech skills.
