Yes! I just put two of these 8GB modules (16 GB total) into my late 2013 iMac to increase the total RAM to 24GB. They work perfectly and have really boosted the performance. You may need to rearrange the DIMMs so that they are paired up in slots 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. By default, the stock 4GB modules will be in slots 1 and 3. I had to move one to slot 2, then instill the new 8GB modules in slots 3 and 4.
